This site will give you all the information you need on Tar Oval Racing in Cape Town. CHD is the only Tar Oval Club in the Western Cape. Our monthly race meetings are held on the KILLARNEY ENGEN TAR OVAL. We are one of the few Oval clubs in the country that still belongs to the drivers and are not run by a promoter.
